Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our growing multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for ensuring our service level by acting as a liaison between our organization and assigned customer portfolios.
Your primary objectives will include:
- Providing high-quality service by answering customer queries via email and telephone.
- Creating commercial offers in our system according to customer requirements.
- Receiving, managing, and registering sales orders in SAP: creation, confirmation, tracking, and stock updates until shipment.
- Controlling and analyzing incoming stock in the warehouse, allocating it correctly to open orders.
- Sending specific documentation related to products and orders: letters of credit, certificates of origin, invoices, etc., and technical documentation.
- Maintaining proactive communication with customers regarding deadlines, delays, stock availability, and other important information.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Business degree or similar qualification.
- Advanced knowledge of Office software.
- Familiarity with SAP and International Trade regulations (INCOTERMS).
- Proficiency in Spanish and English languages, with an advanced understanding of a second European language (French, German, or Italian). It would be preferable if you had prior experience working in a similar position for at least two years.
