We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operations of secure and highly available Network & Communications infrastructure that support our business, with support and guidance from our global infrastructure team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve the infrastructure operating environment.
- Monitor the operating environments, respond to incidents, problems, manage changes, plan for growth of our infrastructure.
- Maintain the operational infrastructure, supporting our business, to ensure reliable, secure, and stable systems and platforms.
**What You'll Do**
- Management of our infrastructure, including management and replication of clusters on Hyper-V, management of databases, configuration of network switches and ports, management of Cisco networking and routing, monitoring and management of servers (e.g., disk space, storage, CPU, backups).
- Patching using SCCM for updates and security, recommending enhancements and changes to improve system availability, reliability, and performance.
- Execution of regional infrastructure strategies and policies on locally maintained infrastructure, documentation of technical procedures and troubleshooting knowledge to ensure a stable and scalable environment.
