Corporate Production Controller

As part of our Controlling team, you'll play a key role in our core division wound care. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business performance, profit development, and production costs. You'll work closely with the Operations department, guiding business partners through financial processes and serving as the central contact for financial issues.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial reports and analyses for the Head of Operations
• Support the Head of Operations in their responsibility for all Division plants
• Review results and initiate improvement measures in close coordination with business partners
• Carry out standard processes such as planning, forecasting, KPI reporting, and monthly financial statements
• Work closely with Group Controlling to develop and standardize processes and reports for the division
• Lead finance-related topics in projects within the division
• Guide, coach, and challenge production controllers in the plant

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or a commercial education with relevant professional experience in an industrial environment
• Several years of controlling experience, preferably in production controlling and reporting
• Strong communication skills
• Independent, conceptual, and goal-oriented work style
• Proficient in SAP BW/ERP tools and MS Office
• Excellent English and German language skills
