About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead our Trauma product line in the Iberia region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product awareness and adoption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product development opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development and marketing decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams
  • Develop and manage product launch plans, including pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in the medical devices industry
  • Experience working with implants, ideally in the orthopedic and trauma sector
  • Native or C2 level of Spanish with fluent level of English (C1)
  • Degree in Engineering, Administration, Sales, or Marketing, or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, or technical field
  • Demonstrated experience in providing strategic support and developing marketing plans
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
