About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Quality Assurance to lead our QA team. As a key member of our organization, you will define and execute QA strategy aligned with business goals. Your primary objective will be to unify the QA function and create a centralized QA department to ensure quality standards across all products.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create a centralized QA department to ensure quality standards across all products.
- Implement best practices across the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing QA team.
- Enhance QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Oversee all testing activities and ensure quality objectives are met.
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with industry standards.
What We Offer:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
- 15+ years in software QA, with 10+ years in leadership.
- Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to implement best practices.
- Knowledge of test automation, continuous integration, performance and cloud technologies.
- Proven experience in QA within SaaS environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Understanding of QA methodologies and industry best practices.
- Knowledge of security standards.
