**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Filter Design Engineer with a solid background in RF design, excellent communication skills, and strong drive to produce best-in-class products.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing Acoustic Filters for Wi-Fi and Automotive applications, working closely with a core design engineering team and other cross-functional team members.
**Responsibilities**
Design and Development:
* Design BAW and SAW filter components for WiFi and Automotive applications.
* Develop microwave acoustic devices using various design techniques, including conventional bandpass filters, ladder filters, notch filters, CRF filters, acoustic-assisted filters, etc.
Collaboration and Support:
* Interact with BAW and SAW process engineers and R&D team to leverage knowledge of fabrication process variations and capabilities.
* Collaborate with PA and LNA/Switch designers to optimize module performance.
* Work with characterization and test engineers to evaluate and diagnose devices using the latest in RF/Microwave test equipment.
Product Transfer and Improvement:
* Work with product engineering to transfer new product to production.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of design flow, method, and cycle time.
Communication and Presentation:**
* Present design reviews and weekly design/evaluation status.
Qualifications:
* MSEE or Ph.D. (preferred)
* Industry or academic experience in RF circuit design, including each of the following: circuit simulation, front-end radio architecture, communication systems, RF characterization, micro-electronics technology, and fabrication processes.
Estimated Salary Range: €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
