Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Guest Experience Manager to join our team at SLS Barcelona.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner, ensuring their stay is nothing short of extraordinary.
  2. Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information, attending to their wishes and requirements with a smile.
  3. Inform guests of the facilities and all the things to do in the hotel, including providing information on our restaurants and bars.
  4. Always know what events and activities are on schedule and maintain a deep understanding of the local area to provide guests with information and recommendations for attractions, restaurants, and services.
  5. Analyze customer feedback and reviews to continuously improve overall rating, scores, and metrics.

  • A proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, empathetic, team-worker with a high-level attention to detail and passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
