We are seeking an accomplished Senior Lecturer to join our team at Drumelia Real Estate. As a key member of our educational initiative, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for aspiring real estate agents.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in training program design, management, and evaluation, as well as strong pedagogical competencies, effective leadership, and an innovative approach to developing educational plans.
You will work closely with our CEO to create and implement the Drumelia Academy, a unique initiative aimed at training highly qualified new real estate agents aligned with the values, criteria, and vision of Drumelia.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convey commitment to the highest standards of luxury and service that distinguish Drumelia.
About the Role- Design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs aligned with the organization's strategic objectives
- Supervision and follow-up of training activities, ensuring their quality and effectiveness
- Coordination and Leadership: Coordination of multidisciplinary teams in training projects
- Content and Methodology Design: Development of advanced instructional materials, adapted to different audiences and contexts
- E-Learning Strategies: Design and management of programs on teletraining platforms
- Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Design and application of key indicators to measure the impact of training
- Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Education, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in roles related to training
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
