Marketing Manager

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) is revolutionizing the real estate industry by creating innovative and engaging places that reinvent being together. We're seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to this vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of the marketing program for Westfield Garden State Plaza to execute short- and long-term plans that drive sales, traffic, and NOI growth.
  • Collaborate with the corporate team to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing programs and initiatives that challenge the industry standard while placing an emphasis on the customer.
  • Manage relationships and processes with key internal departments for day-to-day operations, including website, email, social media, and digital content.
  • Develop relationships with retailers to support openings, drive sales, promote deals, support events, and showcase offerings.
