Luzia, a pioneering AI consumer company in Europe, is seeking a visionary leader to drive its monetization strategy and partnerships. With over 30 million users worldwide and a successful $18 million+ funding round, we're on a mission to bring our friendly, multifunctional personal assistant to everyone.

About the Role

As Head of Monetization and Partnerships, you'll be at the forefront of this exciting mission, driving revenue growth and enhancing our product to serve users globally. Your role is pivotal in unlocking our full potential and driving our mission to unleash genAI across the globe.

Responsibilities
  • Identify innovative user-centric monetization avenues that generate revenue without sacrificing user experience.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other departments to strategize, define, and bring to life monetization opportunities across all distribution and acquisition channels.
  • Estimate and forecast revenue potential from proposed initiatives.
  • Lead monetization efforts, including sales/partnerships teams, conversations with brands for advertising, and integrations with platforms for ads or affiliates.
  • Understand market dynamics for free-user monetization and integrate strategies to comply with local customs, partners, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience in different monetization strategies, including ads, affiliation, and partnerships.
  • Experience in fast-paced startups, particularly in hyper-growth phases.
  • Strong product sense and ability to work with tech teams to implement necessary technological features.
  • Excellent decision-making skills and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
