We are seeking an experienced Regional Accounting Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of the EMEA accounting team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end operational accounting processes and activities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Record-to-report and general ledger processes for Qorvo's EMEA Entities
  • Acquire-to-Retire process including accounting for fixed assets
  • Standard performance reporting for the EMEA accounting team
  • Service management and governance for the EMEA accounting team
  • Lead financial statement audit support for US GAAP and statutory

In this role, you will also be responsible for providing EMEA Payroll process support, maintaining client rules on International Payroll matrix, and engaging with regional payroll providers. You will ensure accurate US GAAP and statutory ledgers and manage execution of accounting procedures for the EMEA team.

Requirements
  • Extensive proven experience in delivering regional EMEA accounting activities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage work effectively and organize multiple priorities
  • Experience in SAP preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting; Five to seven years of US GAAP accounting experience
  • CPA or Chartered Accountant designation
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; in addition, French, German, and/or Dutch are a plus
