**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Subsea Cables Expert to join our Offshore Wind Advisory team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a key member of our global Subsea Cables competence group, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our service deliverables.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support and lead working packages for the subsea cables scope within origination and early development projects, helping clients identify the most suitable technical concept.
- Provide strategic advice on subsea cables scope in various assignments, covering support for clients in shaping winning strategies for auction processes or major investment projects for supply chain market entry.
- Deliver technical due diligence assignments, taking responsibility for the subsea cables scope in large and complex finance transitions.
- Take a project role in the Subsea Cable Package within our Owner's Engineer service delivery, with responsibility for package interfaces, programme, risk, and change management process, managing and supporting a multidisciplinary project team.
- Manage the design, manufacturing, installation, and testing processes, reviewing Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) and Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs), and witnessing testing both onshore and offshore.
- Lead working packages for technical preparation, coordination, and management of the subsea cables scope tendering processes in collaboration with external stakeholders and clients, including review of offers and their subsequent technical evaluation.
- Support standardisation processes and initiatives across the Wind Advisory team, aiming to develop standard and modular technical requirements for the contracting of the subsea cables scope in international projects.
