About the Job
We are seeking a Business Analytics Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, and experience in analytics and business intelligence projects. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain strategic dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data extraction and modeling to generate insights and make recommendations for the business.
- Support the definition and construction of KPIs that best represent the business performance of our clients.
- Work on the development and maintenance of strategic dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
- Use storytelling practices for effective dashboard construction.
- Build solutions and validate hypotheses through comprehensive data analysis.
- Design, conduct, and measure both qualitative and quantitative research.
- Create proposals and conduct A/B tests.
- Conduct ad-hoc studies as needed.
- Connect with stakeholders to understand database structures, apply necessary business rules, and share analysis methods and methodologies.
Requirements
- Expertise with Tableau as a self-service BI tool.
- Experience in analytics and business intelligence projects.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong data visualization practices with relevant tools.
- Proficiency in database management, either relational or non-relational.
- Advanced knowledge in SQL and Python.
- Ability to clean, prepare, and analyze big data, both structured and unstructured.
- Exploratory, qualitative, and quantitative analysis skills.
- Experience with research techniques and satisfaction indicators.
- Ability to identify patterns, actionable insights, and relationships in data.
