Job Purpose: As an Accounting & Tax Account Manager, we need someone to provide top-notch services to international clients and work closely with Accounting Officers, assisting them in prioritizing tasks and helping them grow and learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
  • Tax compliance and advisory services
  • Cash management and forecasting
  • Statutory reporting and regulatory compliance
  • Corporate reporting and annual account preparation
  • Audit assistance and support
  • Billing and client communication
  • Training and development of Accounting Officers
  • Primary client liaison and relationship management

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in accounting and tax firms or consulting companies
  • Excellent knowledge of Local GAAP and tax compliance regulations
  • Familiarity with US GAAP/IFRS is a plus
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in MS Office package and local accounting ERPs
  • Strong team player with excellent organizational and time management skills
