About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Applied AI Consultant to join our team at Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining technology. As a key member of our Applied AI team, you will work closely with customers to design and develop innovative AI solutions using our Process Intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pitch the Celonis AI value proposition and vision to customers, aligning our solutions with their AI strategy.
  • Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including traditional machine learning and LLM-based solutions.
  • Identify and package scalable use cases across the Celonis platform, driving innovation and expanding our offerings.
  • Closely collaborate with Product & Engineering to inform future product development based on customer feedback.
  • Train internal teams and help them position and deploy AI solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
