Job Title: Senior Java Developer

At Vincere, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our cloud-based recruitment platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex Java applications using Spring Framework, AWS cloud, and Kafka messaging technologies.
  • Troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple instances and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain API implementations, browser add-ons, and mobile apps.
  • Work with partner integrations and ensure seamless communication.
  • Extend product functionality and automate common tasks.
  • Perform unit testing, functional testing, and integration testing.
  • Monitor application performance and optimize for better results.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in web application development.
  • 3+ years of experience with Java and Spring Framework.
  • 1+ year of Agile development experience.
  • Strong grasp of REST API planning and development.
  • Relational database experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of best practices for coding and application architecture.
  • English and Vietnamese proficiency.
