About the Role

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Service Coordinator to join our team at ABB, a leading company in the field of industrial automation. As a key member of our Robotics team, you will be responsible for leading a key part of the System Service team in Robotics AMR in Burgos, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus, and working with engineers and operations managers to mitigate identified issues.
  • Tracking completion of service visits and ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining and monitoring competency and certification database.
  • Collaborating with other coordinators to ensure System Service Engineers resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery.
  • Coordination of System Service sales and execution activities.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in leading teams – either formally or informally (such as project teams).
  • Enhanced knowledge of programming languages & architectures:.NET, web skills (TypeScript, CSS, HTML, Node.Js), Rabbit-MQTT, SQL, and Angular.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a similar field.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; other European languages are valued.
  • A current car driver's license valid in Spain and permission to live and work in Spain.
