About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Recruit4Work. As a Technical Support Professional for Telematic Software and Hardware, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Registration and Management: Assist clients with registering and managing their accounts through our portal.
  2. Multi-Media Interface Guidance and Troubleshooting: Provide guidance and support to clients on using our multi-media interface, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  3. Vehicle Connectivity and Remote Services: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vehicle connectivity, remote services, and infotainment systems.
  4. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide support on a range of topics, including PIN issues, account lockouts, and license information.
  5. Map Updates and Charging Stations: Assist clients with map updates and charging station issues, including home charging and charging station troubleshooting.
Requirements
  1. Fluent in Dutch (level C2)
  2. Working proficiency in English
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  4. Proficient computer user with experience in MS Office, Adobe, and databases
  5. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
