About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Manager to join our team at Exponent Energy. As an ERP Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of our ERP system across our value chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee planning, deployment, and integration of ERP system within timeline
  • Manage change across the organization to ensure successful adoption of the new system
  • Communicate with management on schedules, delays, and work changes for ERP projects
  • Responsible for the systems rollout and preparing reporting packages for the leadership team
  • Track, analyze, and resolve issues with ERP system
  • Train users and champion new system
Requirements
  • Relevant experience with ERP implementation and change management with 6 years is needed
  • Experience in managing organization-wide programs and projects
  • Managing stakeholders across diverse functions
  • Structured problem-solving, detail orientation, and customer-first attitude
