About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our multilingual support team, you'll play a vital role in sharing our client's values with customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate effectively with consumers to address product information requests and resolve inquiries skillfully and professionally.
  • Empathize with customer needs, analyze their issues, and provide personalized solutions.
  • Deliver seamless customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our client's products and services.
  • Become a New Balance expert by gaining in-depth knowledge of the brand and its offerings.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in French & Italian, demonstrated by exceptional grammar and spelling.
  • Advanced English Proficiency, with excellent written and spoken communication.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy and understanding.
