Job Opportunity at Ryanair Engineering

Ryanair Engineering, a leading provider of Heavy Maintenance services to the Ryanair fleet, is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in Seville. As a key member of our component workshops, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and perform repairs on structural composite and sheet metal components, including flaps, slats, spoilers, and inlet cowls.
  • Assist with other zones as required, maintaining a high standard of work in all tasks.
  • Complete accurate documentation and adhere to company procedures, policies, regulations, and MOE.
  • Contribute to a safe and clean working environment, ensuring compliance with the company Health and Safety policy.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory:
    • Relevant education or experience in the aircraft industry (accredited).
    • Ability to understand written technical English and basic communication skills in English language.
    • Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment.
    • Willingness to work shifts and travel abroad for training and experience-gaining purposes.
    • Advanced user of MS Office package and basic IT tools.
    • Great teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Desirable:
    • At least 2 years of component maintenance experience within a part 145 organization.
    • High level of spoken and written English communication skills.
    • Proven organizational skills.
