Coty, a leading player in the beauty industry, is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Product Lifecycle Manager to join its team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth through effective product lifecycle management.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that optimize product performance, drive revenue growth, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Initiative Sizing: Establishing global potential for launches, tracking deviations, and deploying action plans to close gaps.
  • MOQ Management: Ensuring minimum order quantities are aligned with launch potential and arbitrating with Division finance when necessary.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Setting up targeted safety stock strategies, revising them after sell-out results, and managing commercial priorities.
  • PIPO/Disco Management: Developing PIPO strategies, monitoring performance, understanding regional portfolio optimization input, and proposing discontinuation recommendations.
  • Excess Stock Management: Developing tactical action plans to deplete excess stock and structural avoidance plans.
