We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing customer account strategies, creating long-lasting business connections, and maintaining client records.
About the Role:
- Owning customer relationships for assigned accounts and taking the lead in customer communication.
- Monitoring customer outcomes, goal-alignment, and customer satisfaction.
- Developing or assisting in the development of customer account strategies together with Sales, Services, and Support teams.
- Create long-lasting business connections, strengthening customer relationships, and building them into true business partnerships.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Defining and executing customer success programs that align with our overall business strategy.
- Developing and implementing effective customer communication plans that foster strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- A master's degree and certifications in Communication or Business are preferred but not necessary.
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Customer Success Associate in the IT market.
