Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing customer account strategies, creating long-lasting business connections, and maintaining client records.

About the Role:

  • Owning customer relationships for assigned accounts and taking the lead in customer communication.
  • Monitoring customer outcomes, goal-alignment, and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing or assisting in the development of customer account strategies together with Sales, Services, and Support teams.
  • Create long-lasting business connections, strengthening customer relationships, and building them into true business partnerships.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Defining and executing customer success programs that align with our overall business strategy.
  2. Developing and implementing effective customer communication plans that foster strong relationships and drive business growth.
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • A master's degree and certifications in Communication or Business are preferred but not necessary.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Customer Success Associate in the IT market.
