Job Summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Field Manager to oversee and inspire a workforce with direct service teams in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Engineers, supervising service, repair, and/or installation of products or solutions at customer sites, and diagnosing system failures to determine the most cost-effective solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Customer Service Engineers to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Supervise service, repair, and/or installation of products or solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing.
  • Diagnose system failures and determine the most cost-effective solution.
  • Escalate complex issues to a higher level of technical support or quality reporting system.
  • Develop new customer service/product agreements as needed.
  • Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory.
Requirements
  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in employee management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and a high level of customer orientation.
  • Strong service mentality, persuasiveness, and motivation.
  • Substantial experience within a complex organization in a high-technology and medical product/service sector.
  • Language skills: Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel 25% of the time.
