Job Summary
Our company is seeking a highly experienced supervisor to oversee underground electrical distribution teams. The position requires a strong understanding of safety standards and the ability to enforce quality work practices while optimizing productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities
• Prioritize safety and ensure compliance with NFPA 70E, NESC, and GEO 95 guidelines.
• Maintain high-quality work standards and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize field production through effective planning and scheduling.
• Monitor and manage labor, equipment, and material expenses.
• Handle paperwork, regulatory compliance, and reporting.
Requirements
• Journeyman Electrician Lineman with QEW certification.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical line work and underground electrical distribution.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant technologies.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
• Valid driver's license with no DUI/DWI within the last 5 years.
Physical Demands
The employee must be able to stand and walk regularly, have full range of mobility in upper and lower body, and frequently sit, reach, climb, or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. The position regularly works in outdoor conditions with inclement weather, heat, and humidity, and the employee may be exposed to energized electrical equipment. The employee must maintain a consistent attendance record and be available for work Monday through Saturday.
