We are seeking an experienced Front End Lead ReactJS to join our team. As a key member of our front-end department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications using React.js.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain web applications using React.js.
- Lead a team of front-end developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications.
- Define technical architecture, system design, and development standards for front-end projects.
- Develop and implement best practices for code quality, unit testing, and continuous integration.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on front-end development techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with back-end systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development using React JS, Node JS, and other front-end technologies.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Flux or Redux.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Token.
- Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
