Job Title: Junior Store Manager

We strive to be the leader in the Self Storage industry and continuously work to grow in the markets where we already operate, with over 82 centers (Barcelona, Madrid, Bilbao, Sevilla, Vitoria, Valencia, Lisboa, and Paris), and expand to new countries.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in sales and operations, providing excellent customer service and sales support.
  • Closely work with the Store Manager to achieve sales and operational goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and operational activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure seamless customer service and sales support.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and operational targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
