**Job Summary**

Paul Davis Restoration of Gainesville is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity organization, you will be responsible for managing our Security Operations team and continuously improving our defensive and offensive practices.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the Security Operations team and lead the development of our cybersecurity strategy
  • Assist various teams with vulnerability management and risk mitigation across cloud, on-prem, mobile, and hardware devices
  • Organize and manage security assessments and penetration tests on products and services with the help of external partners
  • Build and scale our bug bounty program and remediation process
  • Proactively research technologies and controls to improve our security posture
  • Partner with digital, IoT, and product engineering leaders to promote best practices across our networks, websites, mobile applications, and connected products
  • Assist teams with product and device security from the design phase to market deployment
  • Effectively communicate security issues to various stakeholders, including executive management

**Requirements**

  • At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in both red and blue teams
  • Vast knowledge of web, mobile, and cloud security issues and best practices
  • Familiarity with common reconnaissance, exploitation, and post-exploitation frameworks
  • Hands-on experience in SOC/SIEM/SOAR environments
  • Knowledge of existing security standards and frameworks: OWASP, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK
  • Vulnerability management, SIEM, penetration testing experience
  • Ability to work in a global environment leading projects with distributed teams and various stakeholders
  • Strong self-learning, organization, planning, and leadership skills
  • Deep passion for computer security and its challenges
