**Job Summary**
Sebibc is seeking a highly skilled Bioinformatic Specialist with a strong background in Microbiology to join our team as a Project Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Computational Biology/Bioinformatics or a Master's degree with equivalent experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise the development of projects from a technical perspective, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Identify project needs and develop solutions to address deviations.
- Implement and execute specific analysis pipelines for projects.
- Interpret and present research results to stakeholders.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in comparative genomics/phylogenetics projects.
- Practical knowledge of computer programming languages: Python, R, Bash.
- Proficiency in processing and analyzing WGS, RNA-seq, and other relevant datasets.
- Experience with software version control, Nextflow technologies, and/or HPC environments is a plus.
**Desirable Skills**
- Analysis of whole genome sequence data of different bacteria with different aims.
- Analysis of gene variation in antibiotic-resistant selected mutants.
