Key responsibilities include:

• Performing quality controls, resolving problems, and escalating incidents to the next level.
• Maintaining a clean area according to 5S procedures and performing AM tasks.
• Starting, operating, and shutting down machinery.
• Working on continuous improvement to solve problems and improve machine performance.
• Participating in TRACC actions, such as Near Misses reports and Improvement Ideas.

Qualifications include:

• Medium/higher level training module or preferably in electricity or electromechanics.
• 2-3 years of experience in the food industry.
• Basic mechanical/electrical/pneumatic knowledge to work with machinery.
• Hygiene training for food handlers.
• Basic training on occupational hazards.
• Basic training on good manufacturing and handling practices.
• Basic training on good environmental practices.
• Knowledge and experience in common winery operations.
