Golf Resort Pro-shop Receptionist with High English Proficiency

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team at the Golf Resort Pro-shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Transport golf clubs to and from guest vehicles and/or group buses, ensuring timely and efficient service. Provide clear directions to golfers to golf-related areas, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience. Assist golfers with carts and equipment, ensuring they have everything they need to enjoy their game. Distribute scorecards and pencils to golfers, ensuring they have the necessary tools to track their progress. Remove golf carts from storage and stage them for play, ensuring they are clean and ready for use. Remove rental clubs for use by guests, clean and store them after use, and ensure they are properly tagged and organized. Clean and detail golf carts after each use, ensuring they are in excellent condition. Document any golf cart damage or deficiency for review by our mechanic. Maintain the cleanliness of golf-related areas, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests. Maintain open lines of communication with the golf shop to ensure efficient course operations and guest satisfaction. Set up, reset, and break down practice stations, ensuring they are ready for use. Pick up and wash balls from the practice facility, ensuring they are clean and ready for use. Ensure the security of all golf equipment in storage, ensuring it is safe and secure. Notify our manager or supervisor of any important issues as necessary.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and related work experience is not necessary. Supervisory experience is also not required. A valid license or certification is not necessary.
