Role Overview
The Electrophysiology Specialist will provide clinical product and technical assistance to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective use of the Farapulse system.
Responsibilities
- Serves as primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, troubleshooting, and system development.
- Educates customers and internal employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device through presentations and demonstrations.
- Attends cases in labs for support and development efforts.
- Provides training and feedback to development teams and sales representatives on Farapulse, development process, products, and features.
- Develops relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers and facilitate future sales.
- Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative solutions or working with other personnel to develop optimal solutions.
Requirements
- Newly graduated Biomedical students or professionals with experience in a similar role are welcome.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical details.
- Fluent in local language (C1 minimum) and English (B2 or higher).
- Rapid adaptation to a dynamic marketplace.
- Strong team player, collaborative, and able to build relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to influence others.
- Flexible, adaptable, but focused and persistent.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
