Mission : En tant que Strategic Sales Developer, vous serez chargé de l'exploration de nouvelles verticales pour accompagner la croissance de Papernest. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la définition de notre approche commerciale sur des marchés inexploités : votre mission sera de générer des idées, tester diverses approches et déterminer les meilleures méthodes pour générer de la croissance.

Responsabilités :
• Prospection de nouvelles verticales : cold calling, emailing, etc.
• Tests de nouvelles approches de vente : tester diverses techniques de vente pour découvrir les méthodes les plus efficaces pour chaque verticale.
• Analyse des résultats : monitoring & évaluation de la performance des différentes approches, recueil des informations afin d'effectuer les ajustements nécessaires.
• Adaptation de la stratégie : ajuster et affiner tes tactiques de vente en fonction de l'analyse des données pour maximiser les taux de réussite.

Compétences requises :
• Expérience d'au moins un an en vente (B2C et/ou B2B)
• Capacité à communiquer efficacement et à convaincre : établir et maintenir des relations avec les prospects, comprendre leurs besoins et présenter des solutions convaincantes.
• Autonomie et résilience : persister et garder la motivation malgré les obstacles, surtout pendant les phases initiales d'un projet.
• Adaptabilité et proactivité.
