We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our Perioperative Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting best practices.
About the Role:- This is a senior leadership position that reports to the Vice President of Clinical.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to improve patient care and outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in business planning, resource management, program development, evaluation, and patient care services management.
Requirements:- A Master's Degree in Nursing or related discipline.
- Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Membership with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO).
- Clinical experience in acute services.
- Minimum of five years management experience with a medical dyad partner.
The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader who can work effectively with multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing demands.
