Job Description

**Job Title:** Appian QA Engineer

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Appian QA Engineer to join our Operational Excellence Team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our solutions developed in Appian, UiPath, Zendesk, and other platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and execute test cases in Jira to ensure the quality of the solutions developed in Appian, UiPath, Zendesk, and other platforms.
  • Organize testing with stakeholders by providing access to the system and guiding them through the process.
  • Perform regression tests to ensure existing functionality remains unaffected by new enhancements or fixes and performance tests to ensure responsiveness and stability of the environments under a particular workload.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration of the solutions to the existing infrastructure and compliance with ITsec, legal, and other requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer in software development with proficiency in writing and executing test cases scripts.
  • Experience with Jira for test management and defect tracking, competence with using SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with automated testing software, like FitNesse, Selenium, Cucumber, or similar.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
