As a Data Governance Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of data across our global operations. This involves leading the development, optimization, and adoption of data governance tools to ensure efficient data management.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and implementing data quality models, governance practices, and control frameworks. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are also essential for this position.

You will be responsible for enhancing existing Data Quality Control Models and implementing new governance solutions like the Single Data Marketplace and Data Contracts. Additionally, you will integrate governance tools into our stack, ensuring compatibility and scalability.

A key aspect of this role is promoting best practices in data quality and governance. You will develop RACI models and provide training to local teams. Collaboration with global teams is also necessary to harmonize governance practices and tool implementations.

To be successful in this position, you should have at least 8 years of experience in data governance, familiarity with C360 models, and knowledge of Adobe's data structures and integration methodologies. English proficiency at C1 level is also required.
