Mental Health Disability Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers and the increase of annual recurring revenue (ARR) through cross-sells, upsells, and renewals. Lead sales efforts to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
Strategic Business Planning:
Create and manage joint annual business plans to guide growth initiatives across all entities. Support local Channel Account Managers (CAMs) in executing these plans with tailored strategies.
Data Analysis:
Review and analyze trends in sales performance to identify causes of unexpected variances and highlight areas for improvement.
Pipeline Management:
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new opportunities while ensuring high levels of recurring renewal business to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Work closely with internal stakeholders across Bluebird Care to ensure alignment on priorities and provide an exceptional partner experience.
Partner Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels, including C-level executives, to influence decision-making and drive Bluebird Care's channel business forward.
Product Support:
Engage product specialists to support sales conversations as needed by the reseller network.
Requirements:
Proven leadership abilities with a track record of driving business through others and collaborating across multiple teams. Strong strategic business planning skills with the ability to hold yourself and others accountable. Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment, demonstrating a growth mindset focused on continuous learning and development.
Experience engaging with senior executives (VP, C-level) and excellent networking skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of maintaining productivity in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Fluency in English is required, with Polish language skills preferred.
