About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at dynaTrace software GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in the configuration and design of Salesforce CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business requirements and processes, and be able to translate these into innovative reporting solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Requirements Analysis: Understand business requirements and processes, and translate these into innovative reporting solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize the full suite of Salesforce tools, including Salesforce CRM, APEX, and Lightning Web Components to provide complete end-to-end solutions.
  • Initiative Leadership: Drive the company's Salesforce initiatives and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to build well-architected Salesforce CRM dashboards and reports that leverage the CRM platform effectively.
  • Data Analysis: Develop data flows, recipes, and complex dashboards using SAQL queries in TCRM.
  • Asset Management: Build, maintain, and migrate TCRM assets into the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Security: Implement and maintain security measures, including row-level and object-level security within Salesforce and CRM Analytics environments.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CRM features and functionalities, incorporating them into solutions as appropriate.
