Job Summary

The Demand Planner is responsible for evaluating demands from internal customers, preparing comprehensive demand plans, and maintaining appropriate forecast plans. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned products and markets, utilizing statistical forecasting tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Analyze historical sales data and market trends to identify demand patterns and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand market trends and customer needs to ensure accurate demand forecasting.
* Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence.
* Identify and communicate potential supply chain disruptions and work with cross-functional teams to develop contingency plans.

Requirements

* 4+ years of experience in Demand Planning or a related field.
* Advanced knowledge of statistical forecasting tools and ERP systems.
* Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on increasing accuracy and efficiency.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Fluency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese strongly preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
