Job Description: We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and creative architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of high-end hospitality projects and be able to work independently throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct design research to develop innovative architectural ideas
* Assemble and present various design concepts to clients and stakeholders
* Collaborate closely with in-house structural and MEP teams to achieve spatial coordination results
* Support FF&E procurement teams with quantities calculations and material research
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
* 5-10 years of experience in architectural design
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
* Professional level of English, both written and verbal
What We Offer:
