Job Description
We seek an organised, proactive, and highly reliable Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in real estate asset or property management and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Lead and frequently meet with suppliers in charge of property management, building maintenance, leasing.
- Assist with setting up planning for efficient building management.
- Setup data exchange and format with suppliers.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting to investors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate must possess a university degree in a relevant field, such as finance, engineering, architecture, or construction. Advanced level English and Spanish skills are essential. Familiarity with Excel models and Power BI is also required.
