Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality, personalized care to customers with complex health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, manage medical equipment, and perform clinical procedures as required.
- Monitor customer conditions, recognizing and responding to changes in health status.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to help them manage their conditions effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Registered Nurse with a current UK Nursing license and PIN.
- Experience in complex care and injuries, critical care, or similar settings is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a variety of complex medical conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, customer-focused approach to care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Competitive hourly rate (£18/hour - £24/hour depending on experience).
- 45p mileage allowance.
- 28 days holiday pro rata.
