You will also be expected to process sales in a confident and professional manner, maintain store standards, and adhere to visual merchandise guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering and collating client CRM details, maintaining relationships, and building the client book. You will also be expected to actively drive your product knowledge, staying up-to-date with fashion trends, participating in in-store training, and updating yourself on all product lines. You will be a business contributor, achieving sales targets and KPIs, and contributing to the Point of Sales' action plans. You will also be a client developer, mastering the selling ceremony, building customer loyalty, and engagement. You will be a buddy and team player, demonstrating team spirit, helping others improve their skills, and demonstrating autonomy and commitment. You will be a brand promoter, embodying Kenzo Paris DNA, upholding brand image, and developing a deep fashion culture and awareness. You will be a know-how-to-be, respecting uniform and grooming guidelines, adapting communication to each client profile, and demonstrating a perfect know-how-to-be and a positive mindset. English and Spanish are mandatory. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours a week.
