About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team at Revolut. As a key member of our Compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products and processes meet regulatory requirements and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

As a Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for advising our business on compliance requirements and related controls. You will develop and implement our compliance management system, particularly in relation to delivering compliant customer outcomes. You will also manage the training program, review marketing communications, and analyze complaints to develop policies and procedures.

You will work closely with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to ensure that local risk management frameworks and processes are aligned with global ones and deliver the intended outcome. You will identify regulatory issues proactively and recommend remedies to promote compliance. You will also liaise with key internal and external stakeholders as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising the business on compliance requirements and related controls
  • Developing and implementing our compliance management system
  • Managing the training program
  • Reviewing marketing communications and analyzing complaints
  • Working closely with global Regulatory Compliance Managers
  • Identifying regulatory issues and recommending remedies
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects at once
  • Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis, policy creation, and implementation
  • Expertise with payments, prepaid cards, or deposits
  • Solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
  • Knowledge and experience in regulatory requirements relating to payments
