SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is between €30,000 - €45,000, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionYour key responsibilities will include:
- Building & Facilities: handling of all B&F related matters in liaison with employees, suppliers and syndic.
- Quotes, internal purchase requests and work follow up.
- Events & Meetings: handling of Sales office meetings (Training, Customer, Internal).
- Meeting room booking, room/coffee/lunch set up, catering orders, hotel/taxi booking for internal/guests.
- Admin: handling of miscellaneous admin tasks; office supplies orders, office phone and reception, business cards orders.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience within a sales administration/customer service position.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A great eye for detail.
- The ability to multi-task.
- Capability to work independently and prioritise workload.
- A willingness to learn.
