Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Madrid. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our sales team.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between €30,000 - €45,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building & Facilities: handling of all B&F related matters in liaison with employees, suppliers and syndic.
  • Quotes, internal purchase requests and work follow up.
  • Events & Meetings: handling of Sales office meetings (Training, Customer, Internal).
  • Meeting room booking, room/coffee/lunch set up, catering orders, hotel/taxi booking for internal/guests.
  • Admin: handling of miscellaneous admin tasks; office supplies orders, office phone and reception, business cards orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience within a sales administration/customer service position.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A great eye for detail.
  • The ability to multi-task.
  • Capability to work independently and prioritise workload.
  • A willingness to learn.
