We are looking for a skilled Back End Developer to join our team in Valencia, Spain. FinLink is a German company from Berlin with offices in Hamburg and Munich.

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is around 60.000€ per year, depending on experience.
Job Description
As a Back End Developer at FinLink, you will be responsible for building new features and RESTful APIs using Ruby on Rails. You will contribute to and enforce great coding practices through code reviews, collaborate with the Back End chapter to constantly improve overall architecture and stability of the product, and work closely with other squads to integrate the new functionality into the existing system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails
- Experience building RESTful APIs
- Great practical knowledge of ActiveRecord and Relational Databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
- A commitment to writing clean and well tested code
- Experience with any: ActionCable, Sidekiq, Redis (a plus)
- The ability to share and receive direct feedback with empathy and EQ
- Very good communication skills in English (our office language)
- A desire to work in a polyglot ecosystem (Ruby on Rails, Angular, NodeJS, React)
