We are a dynamic company seeking a skilled Data Analyst to enhance our business intelligence system and drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications to inform data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop insights from social media data and listening tools.
  • Analyse large datasets to uncover trends and patterns, and communicate findings through compelling reports and visualisations.
  • Develop and execute database queries to support data analysis and insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate strategic and creative processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital and social media analytics, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and listening tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in SQL queries, SSRS, and SSIS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Spanish a plus.
  • Experience with visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
