Skilled Server Assistant Wanted

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Ayudante de camarero to join our team.

• This is a full-time position in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sala and barra service, and handling cafetera and basic wine and beer knowledge.

• Assist in sala and barra service by being attentive, efficient, and professional in your interactions with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about our products and services, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Operate cafeteras and basic wine and beer equipment to ensure that customers receive their orders promptly and efficiently.

• Previous experience in sala and barra service is required. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong work ethic.
• You should have a good understanding of coffee machines, wines, and beers, as well as basic math skills and attention to detail.
• You must be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues and customers, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
