Corporate Tech Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the corporate systems team by leading technical innovation, automation, and process establishment. As a key member of our global IT corporate team, you will report to our IT Director based in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical architecture, innovation, and automation for corporate services.
  • Develop and implement technical planning and preparation strategies, including analysis of technical requirements, solution proposals, and risk analysis.
  • Manage and coordinate technical teamwork, monitor processes in quality and performance, and provide issue-solving recommendations and technical guidance.
  • Establish integration paradigms and development standards, and conduct code reviews.
  • Participate in business requirements definition and documentation, and contribute to the development of clean and testable code and integration tests.
Requirements:
  • Sound Salesforce development and design skills, with proficiency in multiple DevOps tools and techniques, and knowledge of infrastructure automation and configuration management.
  • Experience using Agile delivery methodology, with advanced automation and scripting skills in APEX, LWC/Aura, JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
  • Prior hands-on experience with NetSuite, REST/SOAP API knowledge, and ability to learn new programming languages easily.
  • Sound experience in team management and mentorship, with a strong focus on functional programming and ability to work independently.
  • Experience working in a creative and fast-paced environment, with desirable qualities including multitasking, proactive, solution-oriented, and an eye for detail.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written), with a willingness to support colleagues in different time zones when needed.
