Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Euc Service Delivery Engineer to join our IT department in Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our End User Computing services, technologies, and processes, which are critical to the productivity of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all End User Windows & Mac images and devices, mobile device/application management, and other EUC technologies.
  • Deliver effective delivery and operational support for PC imaging, packaging, software distribution, patching, and overall PC lifecycle management.
  • Work directly with our providers for daily support and ongoing improvement of our Windows and MAC toolset, as well as other tools and solutions.
  • Lead and drive continuous improvement opportunities in end user computing experience.
  • Interface with Senior IT leadership on problem/incident calls and act as an escalation point.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience architecting EUC solutions and processes.
  • 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft end user technologies, including SSO, Networking, Active Directory, LDAP, End Point Security, Antivirus.
  • Experience in monitoring tools, relational databases, and automation tools.
  • Experience in scripting and automating tasks using languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies and End-User Security best practices.
